Exclusions: Display items, vintage products, and restored products are not covered by this warranty.

5 years from the date of purchase.
Note: Products from the FOUR series are covered for 3 years.
(3)Conditions for Warranty
In the event of damage or malfunction occurring under normal use—provided that the product has been handled in accordance with the instruction manual and cautionary labels attached to the product—we will provide repair or replacement free of charge.
(4)Exclusions (Disclaimer)
Even within the warranty period, the following cases are excluded from coverage:
①Damage or malfunction caused by delivery or installation handled by parties other than CondeHouse.
②Damage or malfunction caused by natural disasters, fires, explosions, or other accidents.
③Damage or malfunction determined to be the responsibility of the customer.
④Damage or malfunction occurring under extreme environments (e.g., extreme dryness or humidity, chemical gases, pollution, etc.).
⑤Damage or malfunction caused by relocation, transportation, or dropping of the product after purchase.
⑥Natural wear and tear, mold, deterioration, or discoloration due to aging.
⑦Consumable parts including, but not limited to: light bulbs, lamps, ballasts, upholstery (fabric/leather), and electrical cords.
